Commercial fit out project

The works began with the demolition of the existing main building, reducing it back to its primary substructure. A new roof was installed, along with the creation of structural openings to accommodate curtain walling.

Bespoke joinery was also a key element of the project, including the installation of doors, casings, panelling, and custom-built counters and desking. A secure vault was constructed as part of the development, requiring specialist structural and piling works.

Externally, the project included comprehensive upgrades such as new wall cladding, groundworks, kerbing, and car park surfacing, completing the transformation of the site into a fully operational banking facility.
