Commercial fit out project

Works included the transformation of the ground floor showroom and first-floor areas, creation of a dedicated vehicle handover zone, and upgrades to external elevations, including the removal of the existing rooftop drum feature. Associated building services improvements and site works form part of the overall programme.

The project was particularly challenging as the dealership and workshop remained operational throughout the refurbishment, the success of this project was achieved by carefully phasing the works, setting up temporary customer facilities, and close coordination with the Client and sub-contractors.

The project required meticulous planning to ensure safety, accessibility, and minimal disruption to neighbouring businesses and residents. The completed refurbishment project achieved a refreshed, contemporary Mercedes-Benz environment aligned with brand standards and customer expectations.
