The works involved a full strip out of existing fixtures and finishes,
followed by structural alterations where required, including
new steelwork and drainage modifications.
Key areas including the main bar, bottle store, glasswash, cellar, Wondershop, and AGC were fully re-fitted, supported by upgraded building services including power, lighting, fire detection, and mechanical installations.
The layout was reworked through the formation of new partitions, bulkheads, internal doors, and accessibility ramps. The works also included new floor finishes and bespoke internal detailing such as handrails.
The completed project delivered a modernised and cohesive leisure space, improving both functionality and customer experience across all areas.
