Our objective included internal and external alterations to the building fabric,
forming new layouts through partitions, ceilings, doors and screens,
alongside full renewal of finishes and M&E services.
Bespoke joinery and fitted elements were also integrated to support showroom and workshop functionality.
Delivered within a live dealership environment, the project required detailed planning and close coordination with the client and subcontractors to maintain full continuity and minimise disruption to day to day operations.
The finished dealership provides a modern, efficient and cohesive environment, enhancing both customer experience and operational performance in line with current Kia standards.
