Our objective was to deliver the Hell’s Kitchen concept, delivering a high impact dining
environment while maintaining full operation of the live hotel.
This project included the refurbishment and reconfiguration of front and back of house areas, with new and modified joinery, upgraded finishes, and alterations to building services throughout.
The kitchen was reworked to improve efficiency, including the relocation of the wash up area and formation of a new front of house cooking station. The works required careful phasing and close coordination to keep the restaurant and kitchen operational throughout.
This reflects our ability to work in live environments while minimising impact on guests, staff, and ongoing hotel operations through detailed planning and control. The project successfully delivered a Hell’s Kitchen dining environment aligned with the concept’s distinctive identity and operational requirements.
