The project comprised the full fit-out of the
new restaurant, demonstrating our ability to
manage complex refurbishment and fit-out works.

Work included the below ground drainage, isolated pad foundations, new wall, ceiling and floor finishes, and the installation of internal partitions throughout.
Also included new electrical and plumbing services, sanitaryware, bespoke joinery, and FF&E installations, requiring close coordination across multiple trades to ensure the successful delivery of the scheme.
This project combined structural interventions, building services, and high quality finishes to create a fully operational hospitality venue aligned with the Flat Iron brand standards.
